Georgia Collaborative NOW/COMP Waiver Programs
HealthLink Home Care provides services under Georgia’s New Options Waiver (NOW) and Comprehensive Supports Waiver Program (COMP). These Medicaid waiver programs support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by offering community-based services that promote independence, dignity, and quality of life.

CCSP (Community Care Services Program) & SOURCE Programs
HealthLink Home Care provides services through Georgia’s Community Care Services Program (CCSP) and SOURCE programs. These Georgia Medicaid waiver programs offer in-home and community-based services that help eligible seniors and adults with disabilities remain safely and independently in their homes while avoiding nursing home placement

The Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) – Suncoast Region
HealthLink Home Care partners with Florida’s Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) in the Suncoast Region to deliver individualized home and community-based services.
